Bakhtiyar Ullaev held a meeting with representatives of the organization that won the tender for the implementation of the ambitious project of complex development of the Hippodrome territory

By an order of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan, a decision was made to carry out the integrated development of a 21.6-hectare area located in the “Ippodrom” microdistrict in Makhachkala.

The territory planning documentation has already been approved. An urban development plan for the land plot has been obtained. “By joining, via video link, the discussion of goals and objectives for the upcoming year 2026, my colleagues, the executing company—JSC Specialized Developer ‘Kaspiy’—and I defined a clear vector for moving forward. At present, the winner of the tender is preparing the urban planning documentation necessary to obtain construction permits. I am confident that our efforts will translate into real comfort for residents, an improvement in quality of life, and a strong impetus for the economic growth of all Dagestan,” Bakhtiyar Ullaev reports on his personal Telegram channel.
