A Moscow-based company will start building hotels in the coastal cluster of Dagestan

Sphere Group is implementing a key stage in the development of the Caspian resort in Dagestan. The first stage will include the
construction of nine projects for 2,000 hotel rooms. This is reported by Kavkaz.RF.

The first residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) in Dagestan are currently carrying out design and survey work
and preparing for the examination.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with two five-star hotels with 220 and 550 rooms becoming the first facilities.
After that, it is planned to build three four-star hotels, a wellness center, a sanatorium and a number of three-star hotels.
