In Makhachkala, the layout project for the microdistrict «Hippodrome» was discussed

A public discussion of the draft layout of the Hippodrome microdistrict, organized by the Ministry of Construction of Dagestan, took place in one of the coworking spaces in Makhachkala. This project is the first large-scale integrated development project in
the republic, implemented by the developer JSC Trika Holding, which received the right to build according to the auction results.

Roman Engeldart, Executive Director of Trika Holding JSC, emphasized the social significance of the project: “We understand 
the responsibility that is assigned to us. Our goal is not just to build residential buildings, but to create a full - fledged neighborhood
with a developed infrastructure and a comfortable living environment. We are open to dialogue and ready to take into account the opinions of the public
when implementing the project.”

The project covers an area of 21.6 hectares and provides for the creation of a modern residential area designed to accommodate 10,000 people. It is planned to build residential complexes, provide 3,000 parking spaces, and create well-developed infrastructure, including a skate park, playground, squares and park areas. A kindergarten and a school are already functioning on the territory. The project also provides for the construction of an equestrian club and a restaurant.
