The place where Dagestan opens up
The project is located on the historical Great Silk Road—an ancient crossroads between the Eastern and Western cultures. This idea forms the basis of the resort’s conceptual design shaped by a number of components: the cultures of Dagestan and the Caucasus, Western comfort, Eastern flavour, and the Caspian Sea. The Naryn-Kala Citadel, the Old City, and fortresses of Derbent are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The rich cultural and educational experiences coupled with the stunning sea and mountain landscapes shift the focus away from traditional beach resort vacations to offer a variety of leisure options. A resort guest coming for a beach holiday receives a significantly broader range of emotions and impressions and returns to relive them in new ways.
